  • Proposed Orders & Disposition Forms
    When filing a motion that generally requires a short order, provide a proposed order as the last page of the motion (include it in the same PDF as the motion itself). Proposed orders must include all the required USCR 36.4 preparer information and formatting. Include a case disposition form with any proposed final order.
  • Video Files
    If a motion includes a video exhibit, file a flash drive with the Clerk of Court and e-mail an electronic link to the video files to the civil staff attorney.

Honorable Elizabeth Coolidge

Judge Elizabeth Coolidge graduated from Willamette University with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University. Judge Coolidge practiced in the public and private sector in both state and federal courts in and around Savannah, before taking over as the Director of Indigent Defense for Chatham County. In that roll, Judge Coolidge created Chatham County's Misdemeanor Defense Office. Judge Coolidge was elected to the State Court bench in 2020.

Judge Coolidge is active in the community and regularly volunteers her time with local organizations. She is a past-president of the Savannah Sunrise Rotary Club, a board member for the Coastal Children's Advocacy Center, was a founding member of St. Joseph's/Candler's 1804 Club and is a graduate of Leadership Savannah.
