- Coordinate American Sign Language (ASL) and other communication services for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Case Support: Assist court staff, judges, attorneys, and litigants by facilitating communication needs and helping to clarify procedural questions related to interpreter services.

- Liaison Role: Serve as a point of contact between the court, interpreters, and external agencies to promote collaboration and resolve issues related to language access.
